Managing Difficult Conversations: A Step-by-Step Guide
Difficult conversations are necessary in the workplace. They often call for a high level of sophistication and strategy so that relationships are maintained, and problems are resolved. This course provides participants with the opportunity to apply a step-by-step process to shift contentious conversations to productive interactions.

Preparing for a difficult conversation (when possible).
Setting up a difficult conversation.
Engaging in the conversation.
Debriefing after a difficult conversation.
Speaking with transparency and listening for clarity.
Raj Dhasi will be our presenter. Raj Dhasi, M.A., B.A., C.R.C. is a senior consultant for Turning Points Resolutions Inc. As a leading expert in conflict resolution, Raj has been providing invaluable intervention services to workplace organizations, school districts, families and communities for over 20 years. Raj specializes in assessing and resolving complex multi-layer conflict situations. She brings a toolbox full of intervention approaches including mediation, leadership and communication coaching, group facilitation, training and resolution assessments. As a skilled practitioner Raj brings a blend of empathy, spirit and strategic thinking to each and every client.
Raj holds a specialized degree in Adult Education, a Master’s degree in Organizational Conflict Analysis and Management , and is currently completing her Doctorate in Social Services with a neuroscience focus on resiliency and recovery after intense conflict.
