The Spirit of Leadership speaks to the wisdom of leaders to identify, connect and alter systems and structures to focus your efforts and resources in the areas of greatest need. This face to face session will focus on strategies to ensure that everyone is on the same page and how you can continually work to monitor, connect and align people and structures. Jordan will explore strategies and structures from research and experience to guide your thinking. Be prepared for plenty of interaction with your peers and colleagues to learn from and listen to each other.
