BCSSA New Member and Newly Appointed Superintendents Gathering

New BCSSA Members and newly appointed Superintendents are encouraged to join a session on August 16th designed to facilitate introductions, and an opportunity to meet other new members. The focus of the day will be an introduction to Compassionate Systems and how it aligns with the Spirit of Leadership competencies. New members will also have a chance to consider their personal strengths they bring to relationships and their new roles. Additionally, it will be an opportunity to meet folks from the BCSSA, the Ministry of Education and Child Care, and Learning Partners. We look forward to making meaningful in person connections. This will be a fun, interactive day so wear comfortable clothing. Weather permitting we may even try to get outside.
