This program is similar to the BCSSA New Members program and will provide an opportunity and venue for school and district level Aboriginal leaders to explore the challenges and rewards of becoming a senior leader in the K-12 education system.

The cohort will be made up of Aboriginal educators (max.12) who are currently a principal, vice-principal, district principal and/or vice-principal, director of instruction and/or assistant superintendent.
